Every year, Chicagoland elementary students send their stories to Griffin's Tale to be adapted into songs, sketches, dances, and more! Then, the company performs the stories for the student authors and their peers, as well as the broader Northwestern community.

Griffin's Tale was founded on Northwestern's campus in 1990, beginning as an evening of students reading children's stories.  Today, Griffin's Tale has traveled to over 30 schools, performing stories for students from kindergarten through middle school, and empowering students to embrace their imagination and creativity.
